Woodcroft Cottages - Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

Rental is normally per week, from Saturday to Saturday. See the Tariff page for prices for each cottage. However, please ask about special rates depending on time of year, number of guests, pets etc.

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

Bed linen is included in the price.

Pets are welcome at the owner's discretion at a cost of £20 per week.

On departure, please leave the property in the same tidy condition as you found it. If you are unable to do this, we will require a payment of £20 towards the cost of cleaning.

Cancellation Policy
More than 4 weeks in advance: loss of deposit
Less than 4 weeks in advance: if new tenant is found, loss of deposit only; otherwise the whole rental fee is due.
