It is a colourful, partially abled friendly self-catering Ayrshire cottage surrounded by four gardens, that provides accommodation for groups of five. Ideal for families and group breaks to south-west Scotland.

Garden Cottage is so named because it is surrounded by four large gardens as well as its own good sized garden both front and back. The garden has been recently landscaped and is a haven of tranquillity so near to the bustle of Prestwick, a scenic town in Ayrshire with a lot of attractive restaurants and pubs.

Garden Cottage is near to the beach, railway station and only 10 minutes away from Prestwick airport. It is in a cul-de-sac, so is very quiet. It is freshly decorated and the floors are fine pine throughout with a scattering of rugs.

From the kitchen, you can access a walled, enclosed and lawned garden with patio and barbeque at the back. The front garden is sunny with a lawn surrounded by shrubs. Why not enjoy a moment's meditation on the garden bench?

Both gardens have recently been landscaped, mostly by the owner herself, taking two years of rewarding toil to transform a wilderness of briars and weeds into a peaceful haven of lawns and shrubs.

Garden Cottage is on 2 floors, with a double and a single bedroom upstairs. The other double bedroom on the ground floor has a large picture window overlooking two lovely gardens. There is also a good sized bathroom on the ground floor, making this property ideal for partially-abled people who would rather not have to climb the stairs to go to bed.

The lounge has a marble fireplace with gas fire, dining table and chairs, 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs, there is a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a small library, some games and toys and a small child's chair. Parking is available in the adjacent cul de sac.
