Dairy Cottage is a large, bright, detached sandstone cottage located behind St Columba’s Church. It is centrally situated just a stone’s throw from the Ayr town centre, beach & railway station. Dating back to the 1840’s, this renovated sandstone cottage is located in a quiet cobbled courtyard.

This cottage has a spacious living area with open plan kitchen. The accommodation downstairs consists of a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with French windows to the garden. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer).

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, & bathroom. Upstairs are 2 twin bedded rooms & a shower room.

Beside the cottage is a wonderful enclosed, walled, south facing garden with patio. There are 2 car parking spaces on the private driveway in front of the cottage.

Cot & high chair available on request. The owner can provide B&B in the main Woodcroft house for large groups on request.
