The area has a lovely feeling of the real old Ayr, "ne'er a town surpasses" as Robert Burns put it. Church cottage is 10 minutes walk from Ayr town centre, beach and railway station. Accommodation consists of large lounge/dining room with French windows to garden, modern fitted kitchen together with a range of modern appliances. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom & shower room (electric shower). |
